Today’s post is all about a tech brief that AVI-SPL created to define three levels of collaboration-ready huddle rooms, based on technology functionality and budget. The three levels are:
- Basic AV-Ready
- Enhanced AV-Ready
- Advanced AV-Ready
After defining these spaces, this paper also looks at four considerations that can help you determine what type of room would work best in your organization. Those considerations include:
- Employee work styles
- Room and device intelligence
- Management and maintenance
- Equipment standardization
