He has been a successful senior quality officer implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methods, including developing strategic sourcing partnerships that increase competitive advantage. One of the plants John Paul managed won the Shingo Prize for Manufacturing Excellence, based on the Toyota Production System (TPS).

Shai Moshe is a proven leader and visionary in the telepresence and unified communications space. As the VP of Collaboration Solutions Engineering at AVI-SPL, Shai brings his 12+ years of experience, where he has driven video collaboration from a "nice to have" to a "must have". He develops and maintains successful and profitable manufacturer relationships, while being responsible for developing many successful engineering practices and possessing a keen eye for talent.
