About the presenter
With nearly 10 years of experience in the AV industry, Rob Carter is the Technology Manager for DigitalMedia at Crestron Electronics and as such is responsible for the overall development and success of Crestron’s DigitalMedia product line. Before getting into product and technology management, he worked as a firmware engineer at Crestron and was intimately involved in the overall design and development of the DigitalMedia product line. Rob holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

Randy Wintle is a UC Architect at Polycom focused on Polycom’s Microsoft solutions. He is a seasoned UC Architect, published author and blogger, and an industry thought leader. He has worked with many of the world’s largest organizations to identify and execute their collaboration technology strategy. In his current role, Randy helps businesses identify their specific collaboration challenges and partners with them to apply technology solutions to overcome these challenges. Randy is a Microsoft Certified Master (MCM) for Lync/Skype Server and has been awarded Microsoft MVP for Skype for Business/Lync since 2010.

About the presenters
Lloyd Bunting is VideoLink’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, a position he has held since 2010. Lloyd’s 20 years of executive sales management experience includes positions at Access TCA, AMR Research, and Giga Information Group. Lloyd earned a BS from Brown University and his MBA from Babson College.

Rich Daugherty is AVI-SPL’s Engineer of Digital Media Solutions. He has been creating and designing digital content for 20 years, working with companies of all sizes and industries. At AVI-SPL, Rich works with several different software applications to create an experience that suits the client – including touch-screen interactivity. Rich is skilled at training clients on the software and explaining the proper use of digital signage content.
