AVI-SPL Promotes David Walshe to VP of Mountain Region

David Walshe has been promoted to Vice President of the Mountain Region. In his new role, Walshe will oversee both the Denver and Dallas system integration teams.

Walshe was formerly the general manager of the Denver office which has grown over 200 percent in gross profit since he joined the company in April 2011. Walshe has been a licensed commercial general contractor for more than 14 years. Before joining AVI-SPL, Walshe was a vice president for a national construction management company where he was responsible for total annual project operations averaging more than $350 million.

“We are thrilled to promote Dave Walshe to the vice president of the mountain region,” said Doug Carnell, executive vice president of operations. “Dave brings a wealth of operational experience that will continue to benefit both of our Denver and Dallas offices.”

“I’ve been fortunate to work with an incredible team in the Denver office and am excited to expand that responsibility with the Dallas team,” said Walshe. “The Dallas team has incredible talent which I’m looking forward to joining.”

Congratulations David!

San Diego – I’m reporting live from the WIRED Café at Comic-Con Internationalthis week, July 12-14! AVI-SPL is a sponsor of this year’s WIRED Café and I’m excited to show off some cool technology to the comic industry leaders, media and celebrities who will be stopping by the three-day event.

I’ll be posting the drawings on both the WIRED Insider and AVI-SPL Facebook pages, and will be sharing photos and videos, too. So, go ahead and give us a “like” to get in on the fun!

Here’s a video of our activation from a fan:
