Houston Mayor Annise D. Parker Issues AV Week Proclamation

Making it official, the Mayor of Houston Annise D. Parker has signed a proclamation deeming October 16-22 “AV Week.”

AVI-SPL opened its doors in Houston in 2005 and today has about 30 employees. The Houston office has grown steadily in the past 6 years and today specializes in energy and higher education clients.

“Mayor Parker’s proclamation illustrates the significant impact the audiovisual industry has on the public,” said John Zettel, CEO, AVI-SPL. “Businesses are adopting video more and more and we’re happy we can lend our expertise so they can run their operations more efficiently,” Zettel added. “We’re very proud to have presence in the city of Houston.
