Visual Collaboration in the Cloud – Choreographing the Event

Organizations may find value in offering some communications capabilities in the cloud. Is visual collaboration one of the technologies suited to the cloud? Is it just a different way to position the managed services that are already being offered? This session will address the pros and cons of putting video in the cloud and explain what you need to know in order to do so effectively. The session will also look at the most recent offerings in this space.

AVI-SPL Sr. Design Engineer Dick Tollberg will also be presenting a three-day session (June 8-10) entitled AV Design Level 2: Infrastructure. In this course, Dick will explore elements that affect the planning and design of the infrastructure supporting AV environments including HVAC, electrical, cable pathways, lighting and IT connectivity.Session attendees will earn 24 RUs in this Intermediate level course.
